2. Firebase and Google Sign-In

Our app uses Google Firebase services for secure backend operations, including storing image links, user interactions (such as likes/saves), and optimizing content delivery. If you choose to use the optional Google Sign-In feature, we may collect your Google account’s basic profile information (name, email, profile picture) to personalize your experience. This data is securely stored and never shared with third parties.

We use Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and Firebase Realtime Database in accordance with Google’s data privacy and security practices.

3. AI Features via ChatGPT (OpenAI)

IX INSTA TOOLS integrates ChatGPT by OpenAI to power AI-generated features such as bios, captions, quotes, and hashtags. When you enter a prompt, it is securely sent to OpenAI servers to generate the output. We do not store, track, or associate this data with your identity. The prompts are transient and used only to provide a response. OpenAI’s API is used responsibly and aligns with their privacy policies.

4. Local Storage of Likes, Saves, and Previews

You can like and save your favorite bios, captions, and other content directly in the app. This data is stored locally on your device and not shared or uploaded to any server. When you preview a bio or story cover, this happens instantly within the app interface without any data being transmitted externally.

We do not request access to your photos or media files unless you specifically choose to download and save visual assets like Story Highlight Covers. In such cases, we request permission and only use it for saving files — never for browsing or collecting personal media.

5. Advertising and Analytics

IX INSTA TOOLS may show ads in the app to support development and keep features free. Any advertising services used will fully comply with Google Play’s User Data policy. We do not use invasive analytics or third-party tracking SDKs. Any data collected for analytics (such as app performance or crash reports) is anonymized and handled through Firebase in accordance with Google’s best practices.

We are committed to transparency, and if we introduce personalized ads or enhanced tracking features in the future, you will be notified clearly and given full control via settings.
